Bird Watching (also known as Birding) in Myanmar is becoming increasingly popular in Asia for the rare endangered species found in it.

According to myanmarbiodiversity.org, there are 47 Globally Threatened bird species in Myanmar with 7 of them listed as Critically Endangered. 2 of the Critically Endangered are possibly extinct within the country with one also being globally extinct.
