There may be many suitable locations in Myanmar for bungee jumping. but there are no operators offering bungee jumping activities in Myanmar yet.
Safety is important especially for activities like this and bungee jumping will only be offered once Myanmar has better infrastructures or if there are any trained professionals with proper equipments willing to set up a bungee jumping site. Some tourists suggested that Gote Htaik Bridge and bridges in the Yangon area could be good places for bungee jumping.
