info The Strand Hotel (ကမ်းနားလမ်း ဟိုတယ်) is a Victorian-style hotel located in Yangon.
It was built in 1896 by Aviet and Tigran Sarkie, two of the Sarkies Brothers and was opened in 1901, facing the Yangon River to its South, is one of the most famous hotels in Yangon. The hotel is currently managed by GCP Hospitality.
