Is it safe to visit Myanmar?
It is very safe, if you do NOT visit the remote border areas, where there are militants in the mountains.
Before I went to Myanmar, I told this to people. They were always like.. aren't you scared of the war there? Actually, I was like.. I don't know. Is there a war there? There is no war, at least in the regions you go as a tourist.
