Taung Guni Temple

info Taung Guni Temple (တောင်ဂူနီဘုရား) is located in Old Bagan. It was built by the Minister Thinkha Thura during the reign of King Narapatisithu.

A stone inscription was found inside the temple on which the Minister described about the donation of the temple, land and slaves. The donation took place during AD 1190.
