Ingredients

1.Squid 20 ticals
2.Tomato A Big one
3.Garlic 1 tea spoon
4.Oil 2 tea spoons
5.Onion 2 Nos
6.Fish Sauce  2 tea spoons
7.Cariander 5 ticals
8.Chillies 5 Nos
9. Lemon 1 No

How to make

Garlic must be pounded and fried. Then clean fish with water while cleaning used your fingers to make inner part of fish clean. Remove the outer coverings. While boiling the water. slice tomatoes and onions. Onions must be cleaned with water. Then boil the fish for a few minutes.


Slice chilli and coriander. Take the fish out of the boiler and drain water. Then slice pieces and place in a bowl. Add tomatoes. onion. chilli. fish-sauce. garlic. squid and lemon. Then mix thoroughly. If you like chilli and lemon. add more.
