Ngwe Saung Yacht Club offers quality kitesurfing / kiteboarding lessons in Myanmar. You will need to book in advance. There are trained professionals there. Southeast Asia water sport games were done there at this place. 

There are good and bad times to learn kitesurfing lessons, due to wind and weather. This is very important. On some days, it may be too windy, and sometimes there may be not enough wind. Make sure you have lots of sunscreens, and expect to have a good tan. We hope you get there in the perfect time and weather! Good luck!
